Scary how many people have knee problems, mine bends to about 80 deg. and thats after 6 months of physical therapy after ACL reconstruction. The picture is from last year when the knee was not a problem. On the first sail, last year I did not have too much of an issue with the knee, I just tried to keep my bad leg as straight as possible. The only somewhat scary part was the walk to the bow,holding onto the mast with a wobbly knee. I hope this helps, if you kneed more info let me know.
