What would you do? Neptune 24

If you visit this forum often you have probably seen some of my posts. I have a N24 that has been neglected and has some blisters and a small crack on the inside of the keel. It also has several other cosmetic things that need to be done. I'm debating to fix the hull blisters and cracks, buy new sails and make other repairs which would cost double the boat's value or just enjoy it while it lasts. I'm interested to get other N24 owners opinions. Should I continue the costly repairs or just enjoy the boat while it lasts.
