Boat capacity.

Hello again,
I am having trouble finding the weight capacity of a Neptune 16.
I am planning on carrying five persons (30lbs, 50lbs, 60lbs, 150lbs, 190lbs), drinks and gear (100lbs), and an outboard with gas (50lbs). Total = 630lbs.
This will be on larger lakes and reservoirs that can become pretty choppy in the wind.
Any ideas or experiences you'd like to share would sure be helpful.
