the system is designed to function with that mast base to function like a hinge, not as a "fixed" support. (Not a big deal in most situations, but when you go out on the "edge" of the design, pieces will break. Trust me.)
You can Google and find some valid stuff on rigging. (I bet you've already got all that.)
The main sheet should start at the end of the boom, down through the 2 blocks on the inside of the transom, the back up to the end of the boom (to make a triangle), then to the mid boom block, then down to the main cam cleat. (Unless someone has modified it somewhere along the way.)
Parts: The mast and boom came from Dwyer Aluminum Mast Company. You can find them on the web. (Don't ask why I know!) Other than that, for me, it's West Marine, Lowes, and Wal-mart.
