I've heard from other N-24 owners that the stock rudder is prone to do that. If you look at the boat on the hard, the rudder is lower than the keel. I think I will adjust the bottom of the Hunter rudder so it is just barely below the keel. That should give me another 6" or so of draft reduction. I have also heard of owners making an outboard well in their boat. That sounds like a great modification!

I liked your wheel steering....how did you install it? Also, from the photo it looks like you have a 3rd shroud?????
