Pop top latch

Does any one have a picture of the latch for the pop top on their N-24? I think mine is jury rigged, the top works loose and slams down with only a little bit of boat motion. Last night my wife and I were anchored in calm water when the top let go and slammed down on her hand. She is fine just a nasty bruise, no broken bones. Thanks Allen
