Knocking Centerboard

Panhead...look inside your cockpit and you should find a place to lock down the center board located at the top of the housine...a hole drilled through the plastic housing....you might try sailing with tension on the centerboard by not letting it all the way down...good luch I have a 16 and do not have the problem Sailin' Dave
