I bought the one located in Beaufort, NC that was listed in the classifieds here. The previous owner did a lot of work on the boat and trailer. It is pretty bare bones but in good shape and ready to sail. The attached picture is not that great; camera phone at dusk. I took it for insurance purposes. I hope to get some better shots this weekend. I will rig it in the driveway this weekend and make sure I know what I am doing and have all the required safety equipment on board before I take it to the lake on 9/2. One thing I am curious about is securing the companionway. Obviously if someone has time, they can cut through the wood or whatnot, but I think just something minimal would help in many situations. Stuff sometimes gets stolen at ramps when people can hop up in a boat and rifle through it looking like they are supposed to be there; there might be people around but they take no notice or neighborhood kids (maybe even my own) climb in the boat during the day and get into stuff they shouldn't.
