I noticed several black marks on my Neptune thanks to my first mate not putting her body between the pier and my boat when I came in a little too fast the last several times out sailing..my rub line, being made of rubber is now clean and white again...I will let you in on the secrete. Take some Simple Green and a Brillo Pad and the marks will disappear like magic. I also got rid of some scuff marks on the hull....Sailin' Dave
