I have a 1980 Lockley-Newport Newport 16'. I would get a good flashlight, go inside the cabin and inspect those hull areas. It would be odd that those indentations would remain in that flexible area of the hull, without some possible fiberglass damage. Check it out closely. I have a little permanent damage on the topsides from a bad trailer, but the hull is flexible.
