Has anyone replaced the portlights on a N16?

Hi all: I have a 19080 Newport 16'. Has anyone replaced their portlights? Mine are the originals, with 2 black plastic frames, one inside/one outside, pop riveted together, framing the plastic 'windows'. Mine leak slightly when it rains. Has anyone replaced their portlights? What will I find if I remove the frames? Can I reuse these or should I come up with a replacement? Any thoughts?
