Have you figured out your problem? Has anyone responded to your question?

Back in 1976, I had a Balboa 26 with a large swing keel. I bought the boat new and it leaked. I put mat and fiber glass where the trunk and hull were joined and had no more water in the boat. If all else fails, you might try fiber glassing that area.
