Gloucester 16 or ComPac 16 - What to buy

Just a few questions before I buy a little pocket cruiser. I have found a Gloucester 16 and a ComPac 16 that are both in good shape and the price is about the same for the two. The G-16 is a few years newer than the C-16. Both boats have good and bad points and I would like some imput from somebody who has sailed both of them. The ComPac folks just love their boats and the Gloucester folks love their boats as well. Both boats seem to be well made and safe. I have an all wood 1968 Windmill and a 1958 Cape Cod Mercury. Both of these are fine little boats, but I want something I can just cruise in and maybe do a little "camping". Thanks in advance.
