well my version of the newport 16 was made in melbourne florda - about 1973, last guy to own it had it moored in indian river for a few years (salt water) its ugly but still functional for a all steel swing keel. I've decided to work on other issues before I tackle this one. Hurricanes a couple years ago damaged her so fiberglass work first.
