Neptune mast

Does anyone know who was the manufacturer of the mast for a 79 Neptune standard rig? I'm looking to upgrade/replace some components and I have not been able to find anything that matches my measurements.
Also, my sheaves from the top of the mast need to be replaced. Any ideas on where to buy replacements? My measurements are 2" diameterX3/8" wide with a hole for a 3/8" bolt. The groove needs to be able to accept 1/8" wire and 3/8" line. Thanks for any help.
