Well I found a company that can make custom sized sheaves at a very nice price. i will send one sheave and the pin for them to match up with. I was trying to find out who made the mast so that I can attach a hinged step. So far, that has been a fruitless quest. I'm almost to the point where I get a new mast for the boat and make some of the changes I would like. As far as projects go, I put in a new Blue Sea DC panel and hinged it so that I can access behind it with unscrewing it. I also moved the battery forward and added a second to the bank. This really improved how the boat sits in the water. I then added a battery switch and all new marine grade wiring back to the new panel. I got a new VHF and move where it was previously installed. I added insulation to the two ice chests. I completely redid the plumbing (the old setup from the factory was rediculous) and added a strainer in the bilge. I put a stopper on the inside ice chest so that it doesn't constantly drain out the cold water. I ran new, larger diameter, fresh water line and changed the fitting on the holding tank. Followed it up with a new Whale pump...huge difference in flow. Many other small things I can't remember. Future projects include shore power, solar panel, permanently mounted fans, hard mounted smart cgarger for batteries, install a small tv/dvd player I found at a killer price, new anchor roller, on and on.....
