Neptune 24 hatch replacement

Thanks!I have the pieces and thought about making a mold, but I don't know much about fiber glass. Looks like the ribs are some sort of acryllic or other clear plastic with the fiber glass molded around them? If there is someone out there in the south central California area that can help me I'd appreciate it.

The other alternative I was contemplating is to build up around the existing drainage grooves and grind down the curves a bit to create a flat spot. West Marine has acryllic/lexan hatches with a trim ring that are fairly close to the original hatch opening. I'm just a little nervous about spending $250 to $400 on the hatch without some idea that it will truly work
