This could potentially pose a problem due to metal fatigue where the shrouds are cutting into the notch/spreader material or cause your shroud wire strands to break. I "tie in" the shrouds to the spreaders with stainless steel seizing wire and tape the wire wrappings before I place the spreader boot. Jay
