If you want the easiest DIY setup to bottom paint that I know of, then you might try this. First of all I believe setting up your rig to make life easier in the future is very worthwhile regarding any periodic maintenance. That said I added an extra pair of bunks to my trailer. It gives nice and often needed additional support to these older boats, (remember most are thinnest in that area, but these also make bottom painting a fairly simple process, requiring no jacks, stands, props, chocks or the like from then on. You simply remove one pair of bunks prep and paint all but what is covered by the remaining/supporting pair of bunks. Wait and allow to properly dry. Replace that bunk pair and remove the other pair. Paint what was covered. Again, allow to dry. Replace that bunk pair and -- voila! You have a perfect paint job except that if you have rollers too, as I do, you'll have to remove those too with the first pair of bunks. I'll confess to not painting my boat bottom, but it will be a snap should I or the next owner decide to at some point.
