Congrats on your purchase - I suspect you'll move from liking to loving your boat after a seasons use. norm had a lot of good input and i'll just offer another.

Pounding - she'll pound like the devel in short, steep waves or wakes if you take them on the nose. I believe the N24 and the Kodiak share the same hull shape - I find taking waves at the quarter, either forward or aft helps a lot. pounding is gonna be inherent in any flattish bottom sharpie. Probably not as bad as the Dovekie I used to sail - hehe.

Enjoy - I'm also a new Nimble owner and I suspect this will the last boat i'll ever own.
