None on mine, an '89. I did barrier coat the bottom last year because it is now on a mooring in warm salt water all the time. I stripped the bottom back to the gel coat and saw nary a blister. They are usualy associated with water intrusion into the mat beneath the gel coat, it's curious that you would have one above the water line.
