Gin Pole

Well I finally got the bottom of the new gin pole welded up. It's made of 1/2" alum. plate with 2" alum pipe with 0.125 sidewalls. The plate etc is heavier than needed but it's what I had in my scrap pile. This lower section is about 4' high. I'll add another piece of pipe with a couple of rings set vertically at the top for attaching the lines. I made it in 2 pcs. for storage purposes. Now I'll round off the corners & edges and should be set to go. If this all works I have Ray to thank for his help & ideas on this.
