Here is a Dutch version of a Nimble Wanderer...sorta

It is to the Dutch version of E-bay. The boat is called a Wadder and is buit for the Wadden-Zee between the mainland and the northern islands. It is flat bottomed motor sailor with I believe a small keel plus a centerboard. I think there is a keel as there may be one to work with the skeg and the boat draws 24". It is 27.9' X 10.2 so is not trailerable but is beachable. The engine is a 3 cyl diesel with 15HP. It sleeps two aft and two fwd. Our good friends are trying to buy this boat (they have ridden our Nimble) but they are having a very hard time getting a slip. Slips in Holland have a 3-4 year waiting list. Those that are available are very expensive for a 4-5 month season. They are presently looking to see if the current slip can be transfered. We of course hope this works out for very selfish reasons. One of the best holidays we ever had was spending a week with them on the canals in Friesland in a chartered mini power cruiser.
