motor for mud hen

I am considering a mud hen that is some distance from where I am. The broker does not know if a 4hp yamaha motor will fit in the well. I need to have a reverse and the 4 hp 4 stroke yamaha I have has a reverse. It is not the long shaft. Will that motor fit in the well and have enough length? I cannot test it as the boat is in Minnesota and I am in Florida. Also, do you know of any other mud hens for sale? Thank you for responses. Larry Piersol
