Nimble, Havre de Grace, Md.) Our Nimble Arctic's green hull was highly oxidized and, after several hours of elbow grease this spring on test areas using everything from Poli-prep to rubbing compound, we gave up. Couldn't get the oxidation to a uniform hue, apparently a prerequisite to applying the Poliglow. I went on to other pre-splash tasks. (And she doesn't look that bad in the water.) Next year, I may have the hull professionally repainted when I have the bottom done. Life's too short!
