be it the ablity to swing a bat, photograph well, devise a solution to a problem, grow the wealth of others, effectively manage a group of people.
Many of the very wealthy people I've met are genuinally happy. That comes from the satisfaction of doing something well.
The wealthiest individual I know personally is wealthy because he has nuts the size watermelon and at several turns in his life he put everything he had on the line and made it work.
And he's not greedy, in fact he's very charitable. His employees are very well compensated both in pay and personal satisfaction and they in turn are exceptional performers.
