GOP Senate leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky is polling behind his opponent Bruce Lunsford and battling less-than-steller approval numbers.
The special Senate election in Mississippi favors Democratic challenger Ronnie Musgrove for now over interim Republican Senator Roger Wicker. Musgrove is a nightmare opponent for Wicker - probably the only Democrat in the state who could seriously threaten his seat.
