When the nation struggles with an issue where there is no clear legal opinion... it leaves the door open to divide. Without the rule of law, our nation would be indistinguishably different from what it is.
However, as usual, this decision will only lead to other decisions by law enforcement regarding use and securing. With privilege always comes responsibility.
