I have the power to limit free speech in my realm to the best of my ability -- just like you do! WE may be successful, we may not. In this case, I will not be, but I don't like foreigners commenting on US politics.
The Constitution only prevents the GOVERNMENT from restricting free speech. This is why, when all us "rednecks" through the Dixie Chicks under the bus for their anti-American statements, no one went to jail. We just stopped listening to their music and demanded our radio stations not play them. AND those idiot girls were crying about their "free speech rights." (similar to the argument you are trying to make)
Sure, they had every right to say everything they said. AND we had every right to not buy their music and the radio stations had every right to not play their music.
Now had the gov't stepped in and ordered radio stations to NOT play their music (or conversely, ordered them TO play their music) that would have been a violation of the first amendment and I would have been active against it either way!
