In Response To: I accepted the statement about trigger locks but grew confused this evening (Arlyn Stewart)

You can read the US Supreme Court's ruling it's posted on their website. The court ruled that…"the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed…" The court ruled that…" the trigger-lock requirement insofar as it prohibits the use of "functional firearms within the home…" is an infringement to keep and bear Arms since the firearms are rendered inoperable.
