General Clark was the Supreme Allied Commander of NATO during the Bosnia-Kosovo war. We won that war and killed the mass murderers without one American casualty. There are around 5000 US troops there today. General Clark appeared on CBS yesterday and said some interesting things. This clip is around 6 minutes long. It is informative and authoritative given his command experience and success.
