Please leave old soviet-era politics out of our discussions, Canadian.
The soviet union tried what you are suggesting. Umm, I don't know if you're up on your "current events," but it failed!
Or do you mean the German system? With 14% unemployment. (see #1) (maybe Merkel can fix it)
Or the French System? With 11% unemployment. (see #2)(maybe Sarkozy can fix it)
You bastards have to wait 3 months to get a cavity filled (or cross the border and get it done today)
No, I'll have to look around and find something a little better than the "concept of universality" -- just another buzz-word for failed communist ideology.
