Did you read the part about the comment being made at a meeting between military commanders specifically about the security of the region's trade routes? Did you read the part about the comment being made specifically about Iran's threat? The only reason Iran would be attacked by anyone is because it's run by crackpots who have stated and demonstrated that they want to harm other countries, and they are apparently developing nuclear weapons to do it with. Any rational person would understand why they can't be permitted to develop these weapons. Only an irrational person would believe that Obama could meet with Ahmadenijad and run his "change" jive on him and change anything over there. He'd only make a fool of himself and our country. Do you believe that if Iran is attacked and they try to block the straits of Hormuz they should be permitted to do it? Sorry, not likely to happen that way.
