as a former apprentice meat cutter and teamsters member (odd union for a meat cutter)back in the early 1970's i am privy to the knowledge that ribeyes are one of the best values in beef. very closely related to the Delmonico which are much pricier. my first steak of the season last week on the grill was a ribeye.
that varnished tiller should be treated to a Sunbrella cover unless there is a big sunshade above that boat lift.
