rowing a wwp 15

Report: outside forum guidelines

I'm interested in equiping my WWP15 with oars. I have the standard cockpit rails on my vessel. Do I need to remove them in order to row or can I slide the oars underneath the rails? I saw a photo of Bill McClure's boat, KITTEN, equiped with oars. Bill, or anyone else, could you give me some suggestions? Thanks.
