Yours truly and the Vice Commodore of Tradewinds Yacht Club on Lake Carlyle in SW Illinois took my Potter 15 "XTC" out Monday May 5 for its maiden voyage and we had a ball,

Really neat boat, extremely light winds and we covered 3 miles in two hours, max speed reached was 2.6.

Looking forward to a fun sailing season on "XTC".
