WWP 15 - too small for a larger person

Report: outside forum guidelines

Considering a few boats for daysailing (my local lake) and some ocean bay sailing. I am a larger guy at 6' tall and 265 lbs. Is the WWP 15 too small for me? I usually sail with 2 or 3 aboard (2 adults, 1 child, or 2-3 adults). I had a Neptune 16 at one time and was great except for CB winch in center of cockpit.

What type of keel/CB does a 15 have? The boat I am considering is a 1980? Anything to look for on a 1980 when purchasing?

Thanks a bunch!
