I would definitely avoid Catalina if Santa Anas were forecast as well. That simply does not look like fun to be on the hook with. Now, if I had that submarine, that wouldn't be as bad since Icould dive and avoid the surface weather. Sure, I wouldn't be able to surface and easily take a tender to shore.
