In Response To: Hull Identification Number location on early Potter (pic) (Greg Bauman WWP 14 San Pedro, CA)

Greg,
The hull identification number is different from the HIN's on US built P-14s.
To the best of my knowledge all American built Potter's hull numbers start with HMS.
I'm checking with a UK Potter owner to see what he thinks about your number. Might be a UK built Potter.
