SF Bay - Clipper Cove Picnic Sunday 10/26

The Potter Yachters will be sailing to Clipper Cove this coming Sunday for a picnic on the beach. The official launch site is the Grand Street ramp in Alameda and we will attempt to depart at 10AM.
There is a choice of two possible floatplans, depending on weather, conditions and experience. One is to motor to the end of the Estuary, set sail and circumnavigate Treasure Island passing under the suspension span of Bay Bridge with some photo opportunitis of the San Francisco skyline. The second scenario is to set sail earlier, somewhere in the Estuary, and enjoy the excellent flat water sailing offered there proceeding on the direct route to Clipper Cove on the lee side of Yerba Buena Island.
Either way, bring lunch and a camera. We hope to see you there!
