How about Gorilla Glue (pic) (Alan Frank, P-19 #1567, Metes No Bounds, Wyoming) For some reason this stuff doesn't seem to do well around water (see SCA article). I'd use Silicone/RTV. It 'gives' a bit and handles dissimilar materials expansion/contraction (like wood and fibreglas) well. You can also remove it later if you want. 5200 is another option but is more permanent. YMMV
