Steve, on all the Potter-Yachter outings which I have had the pleasure to take with him, has often been the unsung hero who goes out of his way to keep a vigilant eye out for trouble and, if it happens, he is there to do whatever it takes to help. Highest Commendations to an outstanding sailor and human being.
