My experience with Sailcare was mixed. I could have bought a new lateen sail for what it cost me to have mine cleaned and repaired by Sailcare. The sail did look clean and crisp after they serviced it, and I didn't mind paying to have my emblems and numbers stitched. I had three or four small holes in my sail that I had patched with round patches of black insignia cloth, which I advised them about. They replaced the black patches near the clew of the sail with stitched white patches that were strong but not beautiful. The fourth black patch, above the sail emblem, is now permanently stitched on. Maybe someone thought it was part of the WWP emblem. They also installed a new leach line.
