The ones on the deck need to swivel for sure, since the angle of the lines changes as you trim the sail. The one on the boom doesn't, since there is some "swivel" action on the bail.

I think I used Harken parts 084, 127, and 168 when I upgraded my mainsheet (but that's from old notes, so I could be wrong on those P/Ns). Anyway, they were for 3/8" line as I recall. For some reason, Rocky's page doesn't have details on that upgrade.

I saved the old blocks, and eventually used them to run the halyards to the cockpit.
