Yes. I added the peice under the main hatch because that is part of the backing plate for my Harness Ring, through bolted, with the ring in the cockpit centered just under the main hatch. The opening ports come that way and the Clock Barometer is from West Marine. The rest is what you get from IM on the P-19.
