I got mine at West Marine and have three. Two are you pull the cord and one is water activated. Plus I have the standard Coast Guard required jackets and two throw cushions. (Tahoe's Coast Guard doesn't give you a break when they inspect your boat and standard are required.) Don't look for a real bargain on an inflatable get a good one. A couple of bucks against your life isn't worth it.
