In Response To: Inflatable PFD's (David Meredith C19-II Archimedes)

We have a pair of snug fitting kayak jackets, as well inflatable harness type. It gives us the option of protection and harnessing in warmer weather or the warmth of the regular PFD.

I have stayed away from the auto inflate because of problems they use to have. I still don't feel the need for the sailing I do.

But I do think that if you have something that is comfortable you are more likely to wear it.
