I build a small galley type unit for in my Sanibel. Its not very big and has two small doors with a top for my stove. I think I may use sterno so tried it today with one of the old folding stoves for the larger sterno cans. It did not heat the cabin top up as much as my backpacking stove. It took around 35 minutes to bring a quart of water in my tea kettle to the wistle stage. That was with a new can of sterno. I guess it would take longer as it burns down. Will also pack other stove in case im real hungry and cant wait. The galley unit slides into the back of the quarter berth for storage if I need more room. Just big enough for a small stove a few coffe cups or dinner setting for one. It has an edge all the way around to keep things from sliding off. I also removed all Moonbeams wood today and am sanding down and refinishing. Eric Hughes WWP 15 Moonbeam # 2475 Mechanicsburg Pa
