Everyone, Thanks much for the comments. You firmed up what I was thinking and educated me. I bought the boat sight unseen, because of my extensive research I knew the Potter was the boat for me.
As I was reading these comments I got a call from a prospective buyer who is going to drive 10 hours to see the boat. Seems promising -- told him to bring cash
