I assumed I would be taking the risks of distribution when I sent my name and e-mail address to John to be used. I consider myself among the most unsophisticated digitally and even so am aware of the potential for misuse. Isn't everybody (almost)? Anyone who minds just doesn't sign up. If my far from perfect memory serves John was compiling his map long before Bill mentioned his. It's easy to access the map. If you are there and don't want to be let John know.
